2005. Its Principal Consultant, Simon Brown has a background in
technical marketing and commercial account management, with six
years at strategic senior management level within the construction
industry. At Centaur Consult we mix innovative marketing ideas
with technical issues to offer our varied clients tailored solutions.

Marketing Consultancy
The company undertakes consultancy services for blue chip companies.
These companies include Ruberoid Building Products, Sika Limited,
Visqueen Building Products, Cambridge Flat Roofing and the Flat
Roofing Alliance.
We specialise in the building materials
sector capitalising on nearly two decades of experience within
this market. Our consultancy capabilities range from strategic
product development, CPD and training initiatives, to client
commercial tenders for multi-million pound commercial accounts.
We also have experience within national account management and
technical product development including technical authorship,
British Standards, BBA and Building Regulations.
Marketing Services
As professional marketers we also represent clients in a PR
capacity. Centaur Consult is currently the retained PR consultant
for the Flat Roofing Alliance (FRA), a consortium made up of
the leading manufacturers and contractors in the British roofing
industry. We undertake graphic design projects utilising MAC
G5 technology as well as print management and promotional and
campaign design.
